Privacy Policy for Writedom Bot Pro

Writedom Bot Pro is a browser extension and backend service designed for registered users with active access to the Writedom Bot Pro service. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Single purpose
Writedom Bot Pro helps subscribed Writedom users manage their Writedom order workflow from the browser by applying user-selected filters, verifying backend subscription and device access, and processing approved Writedom order pages.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect or process:
- Account information such as name, email address, and phone number.
- Authentication information such as login credentials submitted to the backend, access tokens, and device tokens.
- Device information such as device installation ID, browser details, operating system details, device status, and device activity.
- Subscription and payment information such as plan status, manual payment submissions, transaction references, payment status, and subscription dates.
- Usage activity such as bot access checks, device events, bot logs, audit logs, and support activity.
- Website content from supported Writedom pages, including available order and order detail information needed to evaluate user-selected filters and backend access rules.
- Technical information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request logs for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.
How we use information
We use information only to operate and protect Writedom Bot Pro, including to:
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
- Verify subscription status and device eligibility.
- Apply user-selected filters and backend access decisions.
- Process manual payment review and subscription activation.
- Detect misuse, blocked devices, unsupported versions, and suspicious activity.
- Provide admin support, audit logs, bot logs, notifications, and system monitoring.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to Writedom Bot Pro's single purpose. We do not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Data may be processed by service providers required to operate the service, such as cloud hosting providers, browser platform services, and payment providers where applicable.
Data storage and security
We use backend-controlled authentication, device tokens, access controls, and administrative review tools to help protect user data. Users should keep their login credentials private and report unauthorized account or device activity.
User choices
Users can stop using the extension, log out, or request account/support assistance. Access to the bot can also be disabled when a subscription expires, a device is blocked, or access is revoked by an administrator.
